WHY WE DO IT

We are delighted to share our heart and vision for Hope Chapel Maui Youth (HCMY), and celebrate what the Lord has been doing this past year in the lives of our youth, leaders, and families. Our vision for HCMY is to win the next generation over to Christ and train them as disciples of Christ. We are confident that as these students learn about Jesus, they will be prepared to show His love and make disciples in their schools, communities, and anywhere else they go. In 2018, we combined our High School and Junior High ministries into one - now called HCMY - to give a wider community to our students and to allow more opportunities for the older students to serve and guide those who are younger. Thank you for partnering with us financially and in prayer for what God is doing here on Maui. We hope this auction will not only be a time to support the youth, but that it would be a night for you to be filled and encouraged.

Why Youth is important to me: I've learned so much here at Youth. The leaders are so encouraging and the community is amazing. It doesn't matter where you come from in life, you can always find a place here. Whoever you are, God has something for you. This is something that I know from experience. God has really shown me through this youth group how to trust Him through both the easy and the hard times. Because of the youth group, I know that I am not alone in the struggles I face. These are people that will rally around a fellow believer and hold them up. It is a community after Gods heart and I am honored to be apart of it.
